How much does it cost to make a website from scratch? Designing a website and then promoting it for business is a long process . I know it takes both time and skill. Patience is the most important key. But how much should one spent maximum for seo and smo? Is there a limit in the beginning? And if yes then how much should one spend?

I’ve been online for a long time and have made some blogs online using blogger and WordPress. However I’ve not yet registered any personal domain so far but I would like to in future. I’ve heard of e-marketing and know a few things about it. but it still confuses me in many ways. It would be great if somebody explained the entire thing to me and how does it work?
